Aloha Trojan Families,

The Mililani High School Junior Prom on Saturday, March 21 will not take place as originally scheduled. The Department of Education is taking its lead from the State Department of Health. We take the safety of all our participants seriously. The Department of Health is recommending the cancellation of all public events with 100 participants or more as of March 16, 2020 until further notice.

We are fortunate to be working with Ko'olau Ballrooms, who has been very flexible and understanding in this situation and will be refunding our deposit. Their generosity allows us to provide full refunds to all who signed up to participate in this event.

We will be working with those who signed up to issue those refunds in the coming weeks. This decision to cancel the March 21 event was not made lightly. We will let the members of the Junior Class know that if and when restrictions are reduced or lifted we will try to reschedule or create a different event.

We thank you for your understanding in this time of uncertainty. Future events will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
